Veteran finance leader brings deep experience supporting high-growth organizations through transformation and change

Shachar Rabbe

Dallas, TX — July 23, 2026 — Hallmark Health Care Solutions (Hallmark), the leader behind Healthcare’s Workforce Operating System, today announced that Shachar Rabbe has joined the organization as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Rabbe brings nearly two decades of experience leading finance and operations at global technology companies, guiding them through major business transformation and hypergrowth, while hiring, retaining, and developing top talent. As CFO, Rabbe will support the organization’s mission to deliver clarity and operational resilience to healthcare’s most important investment: its workforce.

“Shachar’s proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence will be instrumental as Hallmark continues to scale. As we prepare for our next phase of growth, his leadership and experience will strengthen our ability to help health systems improve workforce performance and enterprise outcomes,” said Hallmark CEO Bharat Sundaram.

Most recently, Rabbe served as Chief Financial Officer at Acronis, a global cyber protection company, where he served as a strategic business partner and leading executive. During his tenure, Rabbe drove substantial growth in the company’s industry-leading SaaS business, led equity financing totaling over $500 million with leading global investors, and guided the company’s transition to a recurring model.

Prior to Acronis, Rabbe held senior finance and operations leadership positions at Orbotech, a KLA subsidiary and global provider of electronics manufacturing solutions. He served as Vice President of Finance and Operations for the company’s Americas and Europe operations, overseeing finance, operations, and controls across multiple regions. In that role, he expanded market share from approximately 40% to 70% while improving operational and financial efficiency.

“Hallmark is at a tipping point for the healthcare industry as organizations face mounting financial pressure, staffing shortages, and rising patient demand,” said Rabbe. “The company has built a strong foundation, and I’m excited to join the team at such a pivotal time. I look forward to helping health systems strengthen their financial performance, empower their workforce, and ultimately improve care for the patients they serve.”

Rabbe holds a Bachelor of Arts in accounting and economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Master of Business Administration from Ben-Gurion University. He is also a certified public accountant (CPA).
