Prior to joining Hallmark, Rajiv served as Vice President of Software Engineering at Med-Metrix, where he played a key role in organizational transformation through process re-engineering, technology modernization, team development, and the successful delivery of strategic healthcare applications. Before Med-Metrix, he held leadership positions at Envision Healthcare, where he established a Mobility Center of Excellence and led the development of critical healthcare solutions, including an
emergency department EHR, clinical communication mobile applications, and workforce demand and capacity management platforms.
