Andrea Mazzoccoli, PhD, RN, MBA, FAAN, serves as Hallmark’s inaugural Chief Nursing Officer, bringing more than 40 years of clinical and healthcare leadership experience. Prior to joining Hallmark, she served as Chief Nurse and Quality Officer for Bon Secours Mercy Health and held senior nursing leadership roles at UPMC. A Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing, Andrea is recognized for advancing nursing excellence, workforce strategy, patient safety, and caregiver well-being. At Hallmark, she provides clinical leadership to ensure workforce technology is designed with a nurse-first perspective and supports sustainable staffing and workforce innovation across health systems.
