Prior to joining Hallmark, Ronnie led B2B marketing for AMN Healthcare, a $4 billion healthcare workforce staffing and technology solutions provider, aligning sales and marketing strategies to accelerate growth and improve commercial execution. At WorkLLama, a direct sourcing SaaS startup, Ronnie created the company’s marketing foundation, establishing its brand and market presence while helping drive early growth, earn multiple industry awards, and secure investment partners.
At People 2.0, Ronnie spearheaded the global brand consolidation initiative following a private equity investment, unifying multiple businesses and service offerings across North America, EMEA, and APAC under a single global identity to strengthen market positioning and support the company’s rapid expansion.
