Michelle Sanchez-Bickley, MS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is Senior Vice President of Client Success at Hallmark. With 30 years of human resources and healthcare leadership experience, she partners with healthcare executives nationwide to optimize workforce strategies, streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve organizational performance.
Prior to joining Hallmark, Michelle served as Chief Human Resources Officer for an integrated healthcare system in Nevada, where she oversaw all aspects of human resources. Throughout her career, she has led strategic planning initiatives and implemented innovative workforce solutions that align people strategies with organizational objectives.
Michelle’s expertise spans workforce strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement and retention, labor relations, total rewards, organizational development, succession planning, executive coaching, and leadership development.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and justice studies from Frostburg State University and a master’s degree in human resource development from Georgia State University. Michelle is dual-certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and has served on numerous nonprofit boards in the communities she serves.
