Mr. Cerullo brings more than 35 years as an investor and operator in the healthcare industry, serving in multiple executive leadership and board positions throughout his career.
Most recently, Mr. Cerullo spent nearly two decades as an Operating Partner at SV Health Investors. During his tenure at SV, he held leadership roles at several companies, including Nordic Global, where he served as Board Chair and CEO, and Vitalize Consulting Solutions (VCS), where he served as Board Chair and CEO. Previously, Mr. Cerullo served as Board Chair of Cross Country Staffing, Inc. (CCRN), and CEO of TravCorps, which merged with Cross Country in 1999. He holds a BS from the University of New Hampshire and an MS from Penn State University.
