Hallmark Health Care Solutions Appoints Industry Leaders to Executive Advisory Board

Expanded expertise to advance health system alignment and innovation in workforce intelligence and enablement

 

Charlestown, MA – November 20 – Hallmark Health Care Solutions, the leader in Workforce Intelligence and Enablement, today announced the launch of its Executive Advisory Board.  The Executive Advisory Board will guide Hallmark in product and strategic direction, helping ensure that the company continues to address the most pressing healthcare workforce challenges.

Cathy Jacobson, former President and CEO of Froedtert Thedacare Health, will serve as Chair. Joining her as members are Gay Landstrom, former Chief Nursing Officer of Trinity Health; Tom Priselac, former President and CEO of Cedars-Sinai Health System; Terry Shaw, former President and CEO of AdventHealth; and Kate Walsh, former Secretary of Health and Human Services for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and former President and CEO of Boston Medical Center.

Cathy Jacobson, Chair
Cathy Jacobson is the former President and CEO of Froedtert ThedaCare Health. She joined the organization in 2010 as Executive Vice President of Finance and Strategy, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Strategy Officer, becoming President in 2011 and CEO in 2012. Previously, she spent 22 years at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago in finance and operational leadership roles.

 

Gay Landstrom

Gay Landstrom
Gay Landstrom, PhD, RN, NEA-BC, FACHE, FAONL, is the former Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer of Trinity Health. In that role, she led systemwide nursing practice, clinical quality, and workforce innovation initiatives.

Previously, she held leadership roles at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health, including Executive Vice President, Chief Nursing Officer and at Ascension Michigan as Market CNO.

 

Tom Priselac

Tom Priselac
Tom Priselac served as President and CEO of Cedars-Sinai Health System from 1994 until his retirement in 2024, after more than four decades with the organization. Under his leadership, Cedars-Sinai grew into one of the nation’s leading academic health systems, expanding its reach, strengthening its research and education programs, and advancing community health initiatives.

 

Kate Walsh

Kate Walsh
Kate Walsh is the former Secretary of Health and Human Services for Massachusetts. Previously, she was President and CEO of Boston Medical Center for 13 years. Prior to BMC, Walsh served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Brigham and Women’s Hospital and held senior roles at Massachusetts General Hospital.

 

Terry Shaw

Terry Shaw
Terry Shaw is the former President and CEO of AdventHealth. Over more than four decades with the organization, he oversaw its national rebranding, launched a ten-year strategic roadmap known as Vision 2030, and advanced whole-person care while strengthening patient experience and financial sustainability.

Together, these leaders bring deep expertise across healthcare delivery, operations, strategy, and finance. Their collective insight will help Hallmark strengthen alignment with health system clients and drive continued innovation in workforce intelligence and enablement.
