Shachar Rabbe serves as Chief Financial Officer at Hallmark. He brings nearly two decades of experience leading finance and operations for global technology companies, helping organizations navigate transformation, scale high-growth businesses, and build high-performing teams.
Prior to joining Hallmark, Rabbe served as Chief Financial Officer at Acronis, a global cyber protection company, where he was a strategic business partner and executive leader. During his tenure, he drove substantial growth in the company’s industry-leading SaaS business, led more than $500 million in equity financing with leading global investors, and guided the company’s transition to a recurring revenue model. Previously, Rabbe held senior finance and operations leadership positions at Orbotech, a KLA subsidiary and global provider of electronics manufacturing solutions, where he helped improve operational and financial performance across the company’s Americas and Europe operations.
At Hallmark, Rabbe is focused on supporting the company’s continued growth and helping health systems strengthen financial performance through Healthcare’s Workforce Operating System.
Rabbe holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA from Ben-Gurion University. He is also a certified public accountant (CPA).
