Scott Bangerter is Regional Senior Vice President, Western Region at Hallmark. In this role, he is responsible for helping our partner hospitals and health systems leverage Hallmark Einstein II to stabilize their workforce, drive down costs associated with contingent labor, and develop better strategies around the ever-changing needs of clinical staffing. As part of that responsibility, Scott uses all the tools at his disposal, including technology and methodology, to put those partners in a better financial position for the future.  

Prior to joining Hallmark, he spent over two decades learning from, and working alongside, many great and talented people; whether it has been his experience with staffing firms, his time as a principal of his own nurse staffing firm, years in healthcare technology, or consulting. Over that time, Scott has developed a reputation for always finding the most unique opportunity to create a solution, leading by example as a top 1% producer.

Scott most recently served as VP, Strategic Talent Solutions for AMN Healthcare. Prior to that he held various management level roles at companies like HCA/HealthTrust, Care Workforce, and MSN Health. In his spare time Scott enjoys volunteering at various youth sports, and for organizations like SOW (Save our Winters) and Junior PGA Tour America.
