Sarah Evans Larsen is Regional Senior Vice President, Northeast Region. In this role, she is responsible for helping our partner hospitals and health systems leverage Hallmark Einstein II to stabilize their workforce, drive down costs associated with contingent labor, and develop better strategies around the ever-changing needs of clinical staffing.

Sarah is a growth-oriented executive with 25+ years of commercial team leadership, business development, growth strategy and executive search experience in the healthcare industry. Before joining Hallmark, she spent 20 years leading commercial teams at the Advisory Board Company (now a division of Optum), including driving market launches of over a dozen healthcare services and technology products for hospitals and health systems. Prior to that, Sarah founded a sales enablement consultancy for health care start-ups and growth equity companies, after spending four years in retained healthcare executive search with Spencer Stuart and Chasm Partners.
