Michael Boes, is Regional Senior Vice President, Southeast Region. In this role, he is responsible for helping our partner hospitals and health systems leverage Hallmark Einstein II to stabilize their workforce, drive down costs associated with contingent labor, and develop better strategies around the ever-changing needs of clinical staffing.

Michael brings over 15 years of sales leadership experience in the staffing and healthcare industries at a variety of companies, including AMN Healthcare and SnapCare. He most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer at Job.com. Boes brings a depth of experience leading companies in their strategy, growth, and innovation.
