As Chief Information Officer, Chris has deep experience in restructuring and transforming organizations, especially technology organizations, to find and create value. In his most recent engagement, Chris was Chief Information Officer for a multi-billion dollar, PE-backed healthcare service firm. In that role, Chris designed and implemented strategies for technology, talent, and cost management that enabled the company to triple its revenue and margin while simultaneously improving the quality of care for over eight million patients annually.
Previously, Chris was a Partner and Director in operations and technology consulting firms where he specialized in restructuring and transformation of technology initiatives and organizations. Chris is an Advisory Board member for the Center for Visual and Data Informatics, the nation’s largest National Science Foundation Center of Excellence, focused on the commercial application of advanced analytics and machine learning. He earned his Master of Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin at Madison and his Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Computer Science, and Communication Education at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois.
