Brandon Chamberland

Brandon Chamberland is “Chief Strategy and Partnerships Officer” at Hallmark. In that role, he oversees relationships with agency vendors and MSP resellers.

As a veteran of the managed service provider business, Brandon knows the healthcare staffing industry inside and out. He combines over 15 years of experience in the staffing, GPO, and education sectors with specialized expertise in Human Resources, project management, and strategic sourcing. Through his work, he has helped over 350 healthcare facilities nationwide to achieve desired labor outcomes, including identifying and implementing labor cost saving opportunities, across all modalities in healthcare. A rising star in the field, Brandon was honored by Staffing Industry with inclusion in its Staffing Industry Analysts, 40 under 40 – Class of 2020 list.

At Hallmark, Brandon helps healthcare organizations to improve their contingent labor productivity and contracted workforce management by leveraging Einstein II. Brandon’s work will help connect clients and vendors with the improved transparency and efficiency gains that drive down labor costs.

Brandon is a graduate of Cambridge College.
