Our mission is to offer health systems the widest pool of qualified talent so they can find the very best fit at a fair market-value rate and zero extra work. Today, over 750 staffing agencies of all sizes participate in Hallmark’s talent network via our Vendor Management Solution (VMS). These partners serve a diverse group of health care providers including some of the largest hospitals and health systems in the country, reaping incremental business benefit through increased exposure and efficiency.
As the healthcare workforce evolves, and the types of roles organizations want to support with contingent labor widen in scope, so too must our vendor panel. We are searching for new partners to join the VMS network to better meet these evolving needs and the roles our shared clients want to fill.

Requirements and Scope of Work
To best serve our clients, we want to offer a vendor network full of the most diverse and talented professionals, that covers the full depth and breadth of the specialties and roles health systems need to staff.

Any and all staffing partners who are selected to join the VMS network must be able to provide and update credentials for their staff. Mandatory certifications and credentials must be in compliance with state laws and regulations, and licensure. If accepted to the panel, a full list of requirements will be made available during onboarding.
Hallmark Request for Partnership Proposal
The goal of this RFP is to identify new healthcare staffing vendors who align with our organization’s standards, mission, and operational needs, and have them join our VMS as a network partner to provide options to these hospitals and health systems.
To request to join our talent network and vendor panel, please complete the following RFP with the most updated and detailed information as possible. Once submitted, our partnership team will review your response and notify you of the next steps within 2 weeks or less via email.
