Jamaal is an experienced executive with extensive healthcare management consulting
experience.  He has a proven track record of delivering transformational results for
hospitals, health systems and physician enterprises.

Prior to joining Hallmark, Jamaal was a Partner at ECG Management Consultants
where he was the co-leader of the national physician compensation strategy practice. 
He also spearheaded ECG’s efforts related to physician compensation administration. 
Throughout his management consulting career, Jamaal led engagements focused on
medical group development, physician practice performance improvement, revenue
cycle, and compensation design and administration.

He holds a BS in Psychology from Xavier University of Louisiana and an MHA from
Washington University in St. Louis.
